As part of the Wednesday mindset education series on this show you’ll be hearing from me as I share with you some writings I've created based off of some of the internal meditations, mantras and internal dialogue that I do for myself or have created for others. Over the years this thinking has helped me and others so I share it with you because sometimes we just need to know there are options to help us improve our mindset, be okay and even thrive.  
 
Today’s meditation and mantra is focused on dealing with and understanding loneliness vs being alone.
